First step is to take them to the Police Station to get their NIE ( RESIDENCIA). It is a registration of foreigners in the country.
Then take them to a bank to open a current account to transfer the money from their countries and later use it to pay their bills with direct debit if they prefer.
FOR RESIDENTS AS WELL AS NON RESIDENTS
Before going to Notary we check all paperwork to be sure the property does not have any charge or taxes and bills such as water, electricity and Community, unpaid.
After the purchase, we make all the changes in Town Hall, Community, water and electricity companies.
Afterwards we hope we maintain a good relationship with our clients
