Community swimming pool, private garage. Large supermarket and local buses within 5 minutes walk. The apartment consists of a spacoius living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances including fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. There are two bedrooms with build in wardrobes, both of them with double beds. It also has 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace with amazing sea views.An inner city bus stop is very close to the building.Puerto Marina, with Sea Life Centre and shopping opportunities, is about 25 minutes' walk away or 5 minutes by the inner city bus. The famous Paloma's park, to enjoy lakes, ducks and even Flamingos and the Selwo Marina Delfinarium are less than 25 min walking. There are a few theme parks, such as Tivoli World nearby. Nightlife is good, if thats what your seeking.
