Very modern apartment near Palm street Avenue, just 150 meters from the beach. It is only 15 minutes´walk from Puerto Marina and Paloma`s Park and 15 minutes´drive from Málaga airport. If you come by plane, you can take the train at the airport and from railway station in Benalmádena station it takes you 5 minutes and € 6 to get a taxi to the apartment
Accommodation for 4 (1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be join together and a double sofa bed). It has terrace with sea view, fitted bathroom, fitted kitchen with hob, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster etc. It also has smart TV and internet with WIFI. It has central AC.
The urbanization has 2 swimming pool and garage. Very close to all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, clinic, taxis, bus stop, etc).
